How do I book a ride?
Open the app, enter your destination, select a vehicle type, and tap "Book Ride". A nearby driver will be assigned to you.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Cash, Wallet balance, and online payments through RazorPay and other supported gateways.
How do I cancel a ride?
You can cancel a ride from the active ride screen. Please note that cancellation charges may apply after driver assignment.
How do I top up my wallet?
Go to Wallet from the home screen, tap "Top Up", enter the amount, select a payment method, and complete the transaction.
How do I contact my driver?
Once a driver is assigned, you can call or message them directly from the ride screen.
