GetTaxii provides a platform connecting riders with independent drivers for transportation services. We act as an intermediary and do not directly provide transportation.

3. Rides and Payments

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable surcharges
• Payment is due upon completion of each ride
• Cancellation charges may apply as per our cancellation policy

4. User Conduct

Users must treat drivers and other users with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity will result in account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

GetTaxii is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
