Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Ride Cancellation

  • Riders may cancel a ride before driver assignment at no charge
  • After driver assignment, a cancellation fee may apply as per the cancellation policy configured for the vehicle type and zone
  • Drivers who cancel assigned rides may face penalties as per the driver agreement

2. Refund for Overpayment

If a rider is charged more than the actual fare, the excess amount will be refunded to the rider's in-app wallet within 24-48 hours after raising a support ticket.

3. Wallet Top-Up Refunds

  • Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited to the in-app wallet
  • If a top-up payment was debited but not credited due to a technical error, the amount will be auto-credited within 24 hours or refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

4. Failed Payment Refunds

If a payment fails but the amount is debited, it will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days.

5. Subscription Refunds

Driver subscription plan purchases are non-refundable once activated.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Wallet credit: Within 24 hours
  • Bank/UPI refund: 5-7 business days
  • Card refund: 5-10 business days
